CMP No.5204 of 2022 and Rev.Appln SR No.17162 of 2022 ABDUL QUDDHOSE, J.

The petitioner has filed a Review Application seeking to review the order dated 24.09.2021 passed by this Court in CMA No.2768 of 2021.

2. Aggrieved by the aforesaid order, the petitioner had earlier filed Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the Special Leave Petition was disposed of by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 11.01.2022 in SLP (C)No.20061/2021 by granting liberty to the petitioner if so advised to file a Review Application as against the order dated 24.09.2021. Pursuant to the said direction of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the present Review Application has been filed.

3. The petitioner seeks to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the order dated 24.09.2021 passed in CMA No.2768 of 2021 on the ground that the certified copy was filed by the petitioner before the Hon'ble Supreme Court while preferring Special Leave Petition. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

4. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

5. Accordingly, the petition in CMP No.5204 of 2022 is ordered.

6. Registry is directed to number the Review Application, if it is otherwise in order.
