(Order of the Court was made by Dr.ANITA SUMANTH.,J.) This is a petition for condonation of delay of 34 days in filing the Original Side Appeal.

2. Most of the respondents have been served and their description printed in the cause list.

That apart, Mr.M.Devendran, learned counsel states that he had appeared for R1 and R3 to R11 in the first stage. Mr.A.Palaniappan, learned counsel appears for R2.

3. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit and seeing as the delay is only 34 days which stands duly explained by virtue of the reasons cited, the delay of 34 days in filing the Original Side Appeal is condoned and this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the Original Side Appeal, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same for admission.
