Notice sent to the revision petitioner/tenant and served, but none appeared.

2.Mr.P.B.Ramanujam, learned counsel appearing for the

respondents /landlords would contend that the landlords have filed the petition for eviction and for fixation of fair rent. 3.Aggrieved by the order of the Rent Control Authority and the Rent Control Appellate Authority fixing fair rent, the petitioner has approached this High Court by way of this civil revision petition. 4.During the pendency of this petition, the petitioner's premises was inundated during 2015 floods, and he has vacated the premises, after the orders passed by the Rent Control Authority in respect of the rent.

5.In view of the subsequent developments, I do not find any irregularity or illegality in the orders passed by the Rent Control Authority or the Rent Control Appellate Authority and therefore, the Civil Revision petition is liable to be dismissed. 6.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.
