ORDER

The present Civil Revision Petition is filed by the plaintiffs for the speedy disposal of in I.A.No.4 of 2021 in O.S.No.304 of 2021 pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Mettupalayam.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.P.Vijaya Devi, learned Government Advocate.

3.This Court is informed that the trial of the suit has commenced. The trial Court is now required to dispose of the Application in I.A.No.4 of 2021 in O.S.No.304 of 2021 on or before 30.04.2022.
