3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 127 days is condoned, subject to the condition that the claimant/petitioner will not be entitled to any interest for the delay period i.e., for 127 days, in the appeal.

4.This Petition is ordered, accordingly.

5.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
