Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on petitioner representation dated 07.01.2022 followed by reminder dated 11.01.2022 in pursuance of the order of this Court made in W.P.No.7020 of 2009 dated 19.08.2009 within stipulated time fame, directing the respondent to collect the amount and to allot the land at Plot No.192, New M.G.R.Extension, Manali, Chennai 600068 to and favor of the petitioner.
Prayer in W.P.No.4061 of 2022:
Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on petitioner representation dated 07.01.2022 followed by reminder dated 11.01.2022 in pursuance of
the order of this Court made in W.P.No.7020 of 2009 dated 19.08.2009 within stipulated time fame, directing the respondent to collect the amount and to allot the land at Plot No.209, New M.G.R.Extension, Manali, Chennai 600068 to and favor of the petitioner.
For Petitioner : Mr.T.A.Srinivasan in both W.Ps For Respondents : Mr.M.Rajasekhar in both W.Ps COMMON ORDER Mr.M.Rajasekar, appearing for the respondents would submit that orders of eviction have been passed as against each of the petitioners, both dated 06.01.2022 in respect of the premises at plot Nos.192 and 209, New M.G.R.Extension Manali, Chennai-600 068 (property/property in question) and the learned counsel for the petitioners concur with this.
2. In light of the same, unless there is a challenge to the aforesaid orders, this Court is not inclined to grant any order in the present Writ Petitions seeking a Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioners' representations for allotment of the same plots from which they have been evicted to them.
