2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. Despite the fact that this Court has directed the petitioners to take substituted service in the year 2018, till now, no attempt what so ever made, the same clearly indicates that there is no interest in prosecuting the case. Hence, the civil revision petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.
