2. There is no appearance on behalf of the respondents.

3. From the records, it is seen that earlier, this Court, convincing with the reasons stated by the applicant, in the affidavit filed in support of the applications filed, for getting the delay condoned in filing the applications to set aside the order of dismissal, had condoned the delay, vide order dated 20.06.2016 passed in Application Nos.2776 and 2777 of 2016.

3. In view of the same, both these applications are allowed and the order dated 12.01.2016 passed in Application Nos.5912 of 2013 and 3284 of 2015 in C.S.No.486 of 2013 are set aside and both the applications are restored to file.
