2. Upon perusing the draft plaint and the affidavit in support of the application, it is clear that the cause of action for this suit has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. Accordingly, A.No.799 of 2022 is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to sue the respondents 6 to 8 before this Court. As a corollary, the Registry is directed to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order.
