This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair order and decretal order dated 02.02.2015 passed in IA.No.127 of 2014 in OS.No.2229 of 2013 on the file of the XVIII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai

2. When the matter was listed on 12.02.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 16.02.2021 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 16.02.2021, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, the civil revision petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
