(CRIME NO.17/AC/2003/ER) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.no.3514 of 2019 by its order dated 08.03.2019 that the petitioner shall appear before the Special Judge and Chied Judicial Magistrate, Erode on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30a.m.CRL.A.NO.135 of 2019 (IN CRL.MP.NO.2391/2022).

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.LAKSHMI NARASIMHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.E.RAJ THILAK Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3514 of 2019, dated 08.03.2019 that the petitioner shall appear before the Special Judge and Chief Judicial Magistrate, Erode on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 am., until further orders.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly and it is also submitted that the petitioner is 72 years old and finds it difficult to travel from Salem to Erode every month. Therefore, he seeks for relaxation.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying the condition and the fact that the petitioner is 72 years old, the condition is relaxed and that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Special Judge and Chief Judicial Magistrate, Erode on the first working day of April, July, October and January at 10.30 a.m. and the other conditions remain unchanged.
