This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 310 days in representing the second appeal in SA.SR.No.28178 of 2022.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) as cost to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of one week from today, failing which this petition shall stands automatically cancelled.

3. On such payment, Registry is directed to number the petition, if it is otherwise in order.
