..Respondent Prayer: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, 2023 praying to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 13428 of 2024 vide order dated 10.06.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m. and on all hearing before the trial Court until further orders.

ORDER

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Ms.J.R. Archana, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police reported that the petitioner has been complied with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13428 of 2024 vide order dated 10.06.2024 regularly.

2.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 13428 of 2024 vide order dated 10.06.2024, are relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
