When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.E.Veda Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents sought further accommodation for filing Status Report.

2. In view of the above, the 1st & 2nd respondents are directed to file Status Report before this Court on or before 12.06.2023. Failing which, the 1st & 2nd respondents are directed to appear before this Court on the next date of hearing.

3. For filing Status Report, post the matter on 12.06.2023.
