O R D E R

By the impugned order dated 09.01.2017 in C.M.P.No.164 of 2017 in Crime No.160 of 2016, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, granted bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. One of the conditions is that the petitioner has to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- as cash security before the Trial Court. Now the present petition has been filed to issue a direction to modify the said condition imposed by the Trial Court. 2.Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, takes notice for the respondent.

3.Heard both the sides.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, in the order made in C.M.P.No.164 of 2017 in Crime No.160 of 2016 dated 09.01.2017, in respect of deposit of cash security amounting to Rs.5,00,000/- is modified to the effect that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner shall deposit cash security amounting to Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Fifty Thousand Only). Rest of the conditions imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, shall remain unaltered.
