O R D E R

By the present writ petition, the petitioner has assailed the action of the 1st respondent vide proceedings in M.D's S.O.No.01/2021/E1 dated 15.02.2021, whereby and whereunder the 3rd respondent's transfer order was kept in abeyance due to administrative reasons until further orders.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the writ petition may not survive for consideration since, the petitioner is challenging the transfer order of the 3rd respondent.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission and since, the challenge in the present writ petition relates to transfer of the 3rd respondent which was kept in abeyance until further orders, this Court is of the view that the writ petition has been infructuous on account of passage of time.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
