ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 351(2) and 61(2) of BNS, 2023 in Crime No. 06 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) reported that the petitioner was already granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15752 of 2025 vide order dated 15.07.2025, and however the petitioner has not complied with the condition. Hence the petitioner's bail has automatically been canceled and the Non Bailable Warrant issued by the respondent before the Trial Court, however, it is found that while granting bail, the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5 lakhs and the same has not been complied with. Under the said circumstances, seeking another anticipatory bail by the petitioner is not maintainable. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
