ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take further action on the petitioner's complaints dated 12.11.2018 and 22.11.2019.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after earlier complaint dated 12.11.2018, C.No.48 of 2018 was issued and after conducting the preliminary enquiry, the same was closed on 08.01.2019. He further submitted that after closing of the earlier complaint, the petitioner has sent another complaint to Nallanpillaipetrar Police Station on 22.11.2019 and after receipt of the said complaint, C.No.3458 of 2019 was issued and in that complaint also, preliminary enquiry was conducted and finally closed on 07.01.2020.

3. This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018. Liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
