The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file an application in O.S.No.127 of 2023 pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Anthiyur, to seek appropriate relief in the interest of the petitioner. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle. Recording the said endorsement, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty as sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner. No Costs.
