2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed in the order dated 21.07.2017 made in Crl.M.P.No. 2831 of 2017 on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore is relaxed. Rest of the conditions imposed in the order dated 21.07.2017 shall remain unaltered.
