Mr.Mohammed Fayaz Ali, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for respondents 1 and 2.
2.By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The petitioner has come up with this petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing respondents 1 & 2 from appointing the third respondent as LPG Distributor, Polur Block (Rurban Vitrak), Thiruvannamalai District and consequently directing respondents 1 & 2 to cancel the selection of third respondent and conduct fresh selection through computerized drawl of lots for the appointment of LPG Distributor in Polur Block, (Rurban Vitrak) Thiruvannamalai District.
4. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since an order said to have been passed appointing the third respondent as a Distributor, the petitioner be granted liberty to challenge the said order.
5.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court disposes of the writ petition leaving it open to the petitioner to proceed in the manner known to law. Respondents 1 and 2 shall consider the application, if any, filed by the petitioner and supply him a copy of the order appointing the third respondent. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
