C.M.P.No.15204 of 2016 in C.R.P.(NPD).SR.No.84698 of 2012 V.BHAVANI SUBBAROYAN.J, This petition is filed to condone the delay of 76 days in filing the above Civil Revision Petition as against the impugned order dated 12.01.2012 passed in I.A.No.643 of 2010 in O.S.No.62 of 2006 on the file of District Munsif Court, Tiruttani.

2. Notice is served on the respondent and his name is also printed in the cause list, but there is no representation for him.

3. Since the reason stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition is being satisfied, this petition is allowed and the delay of 76 days in filing the above CRP is condoned.
