O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the present investigation from second respondent to any other agency, functioning under the first respondent. 2.The case of the Petitioner is that he is not satisfied with the investigation conducted by the 2nd Respondent and the therefore, the present Petition has been filed. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the earlier application filed by the Petitioner, this Court had directed the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of six months. He would further submit that investigation will be conducted in a proper manner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel, this Court, instead of transferring the investigation, directs the 1st Respondent to monitor the investigation conducted by the 2nd Respondent. 5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed.
