This Petition has been filed before this Court to direct the IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai to number the returned un-numbered C.C.SR.No.Nil of 2019 dated 13.11.2019. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to re-present the complaint in C.C.SR.No.Nil of 2019 dated 13.11.2019, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, is directed to verify the complaint and number the same, if it is otherwise in order and also proceed the same in accordance with law.

4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
