ORDER

This miscellaneous petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Para 9 (iii) of the order dated 03.01.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.15020 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.1318 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Mr.S.Balaji, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), appearing for the respondent 1 and 2 states that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition.

4. In view of the same, the condition imposed in Para No. 9 (iii) of the order dated 03.01.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.15020 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.1318 of 2024 is modified, and the petitioner is directed to appear once in three months before the trial Court until further orders. All other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered.

5. The High Court Legal Services Committee, Chennai, shall pay the scheduled fee to Mr.S.Kathiraven, learned Legal Aid Counsel, who assisted this Court for the third respondent.
