ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioners on the complaint in Cr.No.Not Known of 2020 lodged by the defacto complainant on the file of the respondent police.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the first petitioner's wife viz. R.Nithyaa has lodged a complaint against the petitioners herein and based on the same, C.S.R.No.324 of 2019 was issued and after investigation, the said complaint was closed and hence, there is no question of harassment.
