ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the complaint filed by the petitioner dated 18.04.2020 in CSR No.356 of 2020, in view of the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate at Gingee in Crl.M.P.No.1247 of 2021 dated 13.05.2021.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the FIR has been registered in Crime No.79 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
of 2022 for the offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of IPC.
3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
