ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the 1st respondent, on instructions, submitted that though the petitioners have come up with this criminal original petition seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.7 of 2025, on the file of the 1st respondent, the investigation in this case has already been completed and the final report has been filed before the learned 17th Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, by way of e-filing bearing No.LTN20230000070C202640001 on 18.02.2026.

2. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this criminal original petition stands closed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the said final report and work out their remedy in the manner known to law, if so advised. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
