The learned counsel submitted that at paragraph Nos.3 and 5, the surplus amount has been stated as Rs.2,30,000/- instead of Rs.4,04,147/- as reported by the learned Official Assignee in his report dated 30.06.2022 instead of 21.12.2022. This case is now listed to correct the typographical error occurred at paragraph Nos.3 and 5 of the order passed by this Court in A(IP)No.51 and 52 of 2022 on 02.01.2023.

3. Therefore, the Registry is directed to make appropriate corrections at paragraph Nos.3 and 5 in the aforesaid order, as Rs.4,04,147/- instead of Rs.2,30,000/-, and 21.12.2022 instead of 30.06.2022 issue a fresh order copy.
