ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to disburse the Gratuity amount with 12 percentage interest to the petitioner.

2. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

3. Though a larger prayer is sought for in this writ petition, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue direction to the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 13.12.2025 within a specified time.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents will consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the same within a specified time.

5. In view of the above, there will be a direction to the respondents to pay the gratuity amount and applicable interest to the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.12.2025, in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
