Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body and person of the petitioner's daughter, by name, K.Maheshwari, D/o.Kumar, aged about 17 years, who is under the illegal custody of the third respondent before this Court and set her at liberty forthwith.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) When the petitioner's daughter had gone missing from 03.02.2024, a complaint in this regard came to be registered by the second respondent police in Cr.No.69 of 2024 as girl missing. In this background, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.
2.Recording the submission of both the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner's daughter has been secured and has now living under the care and custody of her father, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and no further orders are required to be passed in this petition.
