These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 58 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the sole respondent, to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the sole respondent and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent.

2.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed along with the above petitions.

3.Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title in the Civil Revision Petition.
