This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.01.2020 and to issue the correct measurements Site Plan Extract as per the registered sale deed dated 23.09.2014 within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
