This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file Charge Sheet in Crime No.172 of 2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 3.On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.172 of 2016 on 27.05.2016 under Sections 294(b), 341, 324 and 506(2) IPC. While so, the de facto complainant has filed the present petition with the above prayer.

4.Learned Government Advocate submitted that investigation in Crime No.172 of 2016 was completed and an absconding charge sheet has been filed against the accused on 15.12.2017 before the Judicial Magistrate, Vaniyambadi. But however, the same has not yet been taken on file.

5.In view of the above submission, this Court directs the Assistant Public Prosecutor, in charge of the Court of Judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Magistrate, Vaniyambadi and the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vaniyambadi to look into this and take necessary steps to take on file the Charge Sheet within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
