Respondents Prayer: Criminal Original petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.176 of 2018 pending on the file of the third respondent police to any other competent police officer in Krishnagiri District or to CBCID and to file a charge sheet under Section 173 (2) of Cr.P.C before the jurisdictional Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.176 of 2018 pending on the file of the third respondent to any other Jurisdictional Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that investigation has been completed in Cr.No.176 of 2018 and also filed referred charge sheet before the concerned Judicial Magistrate, Pochampalli on 12.06.2019.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the third respondent is directed to serve the referred charge sheet to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the said order and on receipt of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to file a petition before the concerned Judicial Magistrate in a manner accordance with law.

4. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
