2. To be noted, COD is qua delay in filing the applicant for discharge.
3. Lone respondent in the captioned application i.e., learned Official Assignee submits that the entire monies have been realized. The delay is in filing the discharge application and COD prayer is not opposed. One of the reasons for delay is pending of administration of estate with the Official Assignee and this has been articulated in paragraph No.8 of the support affidavit.
4. This Court having perused the support affidavit, having heard Mr.J.Abhishek, learned counsel on record for applicant and taking note of the fact that the lone respondent/Official Assignee is not opposing COD prayer deems it appropriate to allow the captioned application.
