2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the main original suit itself has been disposed of, therefore, the prayer sought for in the present writ petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication. The learned counsel also made an endorsement to that effect.
