Respondents 1 and 2 have been duly served and their names are shown in the cause list, but none appears. Counsel representing Respondents 3 and 4 submits that he is not opposing the captioned petition.

This Court, having perused the affidavit filed in support of captioned application, having been satisfied that the prayer can be acceded to and more particularly, having noticed that there is no opposition for allowing this petition, captioned Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
