O R D E R

Petitioner challenges the order of Fast Track Court II (Magisterial Level), Erode, passed in C.M.P.No.6545 of 2016 in S.T.C.No.183 of 2015 on 30.01.2017.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

3. In dismissing the petition seeking an expert opinion on the signature in the cheque giving rise to the cause of action, Court below has observed that the complaint was of the year 2013, petitioner/accused has not denied issue of the cheque or his signature in the course of his 313 Cr.P.C. questioning, petitioner has not so much as cross-examined PW-1/complainant and further the cheque was of the year 2012 while the admitted signature of the petitioner sought to be compared with that on the cheque was of the year 2010. This Court finds no reason to interfere with the order under challenge. The Criminal Revision Case shall stand dismissed. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
