ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to take further action on the petitioner's complaint dated 07.02.2020.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is aged about 86 years. He further submitted that the petitioner was working as a Senior Officer in the Department of Telecommunications in Central Government and retired about 27 years ago. He further submitted that the petitioner's wife expired in the year 2011. He further submitted that the petitioner has constructed a house in his land and the petitioner is having four sons. Out of them, two sons without the petitioner's consent occupied the petitioner's house and causing nuisance and also threatening him. Therefore, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the second respondent on 04.09.2019. He further submitted that since no action has been taken on the said complaint, the petitioner has sent another complaint to the first respondent on 07.02.2020 and on that complaint also, no action has been taken and therefore, he prayed to take action on the complaint dated 07.02.2020 and investigate the matter in accordance with law.
3. Per contra, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, a preliminary enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 16.02.2020. He further submitted that with regard to the closure of the petitioner's complaint, intimation was sent by speed post to the petitioner on 16.02.2020 itself.
4. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy which is available under the law.
