This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the issue of the impugned order, bearing No.Na.Ka.No.87/20182019, dated 06.07.2018, passed by the 4th respondent and quash the same and consequentially direct the 4th respondent to promote the petitioner to the post of Post-Graduate Teacher(Botany) with effect from 06.07.2018 with arrears of salary and other benefits.
