Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 24/04/2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police. There is no representation for the petitioner.
3. It is seen that the complaint has been given by the petitioner to both the respondents by post.

Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint in person to the 2nd respondent police and on such complaint being given, the 2nd respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]..
5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
