ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.733/2016 dated 12.04.2016 registered under Section 294(b) 397 and 506(i) IPC pending investigation on the file of the first respondent police.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the FIR in Crime No.733 of 2016 has been closed as "Further action dropped" on 31.12.2020.

3.Recording the submission made by the Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the respondent police is directed to file a closure report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant is aggrieved by the closure report filed by the 1st respondent police, it is left open to the 2nd respondent/defacto https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complainant to redress his grievance by filing a protest petition and proceed further in accordance with law. 4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
