ORDER
This civil revision petition is arising out of the order of the learned District Munsif at Chengalpattu made in IA.No.337 of 2015 in 1/4
OS.No.412 of 2008 dated 19.02.2015 thereby allowing the petition filed by the respondents to receive additional documents. 2.
The petitioners filed suit for partition, in which 14th and 15 defendants were impleaded as party to the suit. Therefore, they wanted to file additional documents to disprove the case of the plaintiffs and the same was allowed. Admittedly, their evidence is not yet closed. Therefore, the trial court rightly allowed the petition and this court finds no irregularity or infirmity in the order passed by the court below. 3.
Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed. Further, considering that the suit is of the year 2008, the trial court is directed to complete the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
