This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to register a case against Palanisami and Senthilkumar and investigate the matter according to law on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner to the respondents on 03.12.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 03.12.2014 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 16.05.2015. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
