This quash petition was filed on the ground of compromise.
2. Considering the nature of allegations that have been made in the complaint wherein it has been stated that there was extortion from the defacto complainant in order to allow him to run a clinic, this Court is not inclined to quash the final report on the ground of compromise.
3. When this Court was not inclined to entertain this Criminal Original Petition, learned counsel for petitioner sought for permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
4. Recording the said endorsement, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
