When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the present writ petition has been filed by impleading the "Assistant Commissioner" instead of the "State Tax Officer". Hence, he seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this petition. Further, he requests this Court to grant liberty to file a fresh petition.

2. By recording the above submissions, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
