ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.2 imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.145 of 2022 in Cr.No.40 of 2021 dated 28.01.2022 on the file of the Principal District and Session Judge,

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the accused, who has been granted anticipatory bail, is unable to comply the anticipatory bail condition No.2. According to the petitioner, he is a Government servant working as a Superintendent, Joint-I, Sub Registrar Office, Nagercoil and he got difficulties for attending his works, therefore, seeks modification.

3. Since the petitioner herein expresses some inconvenience to report before the respondent police, weekly twice on every Monday and Friday at 10.00 a.m., the said condition is modified and altered that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above modification, this Criminal Original Petition 2/4

is allowed.
