Prayer :- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Declaration, declaring the oral expulsion order of Petitioner's son Sathishharan dated 28.11.2011 from the 5th respondent School as null and void and consequently directing the respondents to readmit Petitioner's son Sathishharan in the 8th Standard at the 4th and 5th respondent school and consequently permit Petitioner's son to complete this academic year 2011-2012.
