(Order of the Court was made by the Acting Chief Justice) Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 1, 3 and 4.

2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to implement the order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in Mu.Mu.25579/ 2015/B6, dated 02.12.2015.

3. The petitioner alleges that in front of her property encroachments have been put up. She made representations to the respondent authorities to evict the encroachments. The third respondent/Tahsildar, by proceedings dated 2.12.2015, directed the PWD authorities to remove the encroachments. However, no action was taken based on the same. Hence, the present writ petition to direct the second respondent to implement the order of the third respondent/Tahsildar dated 2.12.2015 and evict the encroachments.

4. On hearing the learned counsel for the parties and taking note of the fact that the petitioner has submitted his representation way back in 2015, we direct the petitioner to make a fresh representation narrating the latest developments to the respondent authorities within fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation being made, the first respondent is directed to look into the matter and do the needful in accordance with law at the earliest. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
